An aaaaaaawesome day to bike around on the Pacific Coast Highway - remember Road Rash, anyone? :-) Stops along CA-1 at Santa Cruz, Pt. Lobos and Big Sur. California at its best!

A leisurely walk to North Peak in McNee Ranch State Park, south of San Francisco, on the California Coast!

Hiking in Big Basin Redwood Forest .... to Berry Creek Falls and back ....

Kayaking at Point Harbor and a visit to Moss Beach - a small stretch where seals choose to breed!

A twin ascent of two California 14ers - Mt. Whitney (the highest peak in the continental US) and Mt. Muir - a class 3+ climb to the top!

An expedition up Mt. Shasta on the Clear creek route. What started as a simple hike ended up with stories of epic proportions!!! :-) Yes. I did make it to the summit! :-P And yes. I got back without any rescue operations. :-P
